You guys are right on about the GT40 being on the list and I'd probably have to go with a '36 Ford roadster and a 1970 Hemi Barracuda convertible.

"What three cars would you pick if you could have any three cars in the world?"
I just got a car magazine today. There was an interesting column in it with the above
subject.
The guide lines were.
No.1 You could pick any three cars in the infinite world of cars.
No.2 They must remain in your possession until you die.
No.3 You can never sell them or will them to your heirs.

I picked

No.1 A really nice 1940 Ford Tudor Deluxe with all the things it should have.
No.2 A 2008 Mercury Gran Marquis with the 150 mph Cop Car engine
No.3 A 1963 Ford Galaxie Convertible with a Big Block FE Engine and Four Speed
Transmission.
my Mom had a 63 Galaxie 500 XL convertible it was dusty rose with a white top. it had a Fordamatic

A 1934 Duesenberg Model J Convertible Coupe
A 1934 Packard V-12 Custom Coupe by Dietrich
A 1937 Cord 812 Supercharged Sportsman Convertible Coupe
A 1987 Chrysler Minivan with a V6 “Not” where did that come from!

A 1935/36 Packard V12
A 1967 Jaguar XKE coupe
And I already have my 1935 Ford three window coupe!
So one down , two to go!

Brendan,

I like your second choice of a Mercury Marauder; I had a couple of them and they were great cars. An old friend of mine put one of those engines in a '57 Ranchero.

1960 T Bird with the 430 tri power Linc motor.
1956 Packard Carribean Convert. .

A 1935/36 Packard V12
A 1967 Jaguar XKE coupe
And I already have my 1935 Ford three window coupe!
So one down , two to go!

Here are my picks: 1963 Stude Avanti, supercharged ( in my garage)
1950 Mercury Monterey ( in my garage)
Late Sixty Jaguar XKE ( in my dreams)

Oonly tthhrreee? My brain would bust, trying to not want all the others. So I'm gonna let RalphM. pick for me.:D

:)

Actually I know where there is a 35 Packard coupe not five miles from me!
Now just have to come up with enough ca$h to get him to consider selling it!

So nobody has a desire for a 37 passenger car of any kind... Except me. Oh well.. I will be the odd man out and choose my 37 cabriolet which will never be sold. Followed by my old 63 1/2 Galaxie XL 500 427 4 speed. My last pick would be a 68 Corvette 427 tri power with a 4 speed.
