What the heck is this?

I'm trying to figure out what these parts are and where they go. When I got my 36' 3 window coupe, it was in pieces in boxes. I had a fun time trying to figure out what parts I was lacking. I'm getting ready to put the front end together and I haven't been able to figure out what the two pieces of sheetmetal are and where they go. Somewhere in the engine bay?

Yep 36 ford. Go down by grille and inner fender/horn panel
