What size fitting?

I finished rebuilding the carb on my Holley 2110 but I have seemed to misplace the fitting that screws on the back of the carb to hook up to the vacuum advance. I need to know where I can get another fitting or at least the thread size so I can find something that fits. I seem to remember seeing somewhere that someone plugged that port with a 1/8 NPT plug. Does anyone make a fitting with a hose nipple in that thread?

If it's still around, you can use the original brass fitting with the steel line attached that went to the distributor. Just cut off the line so only about 1/2 inch is sticking out, then put a rubber vacuum cap on it. That way you would also be all set for vacuum advance if needed.

That's the problem, I lost the original fitting. Otherwise I would just put it like it was. I need something that will fit the hole in the carb so I can attach it to the tubing coming from the vacuum advance.

Call around to any carburetor rebuilding shop near you and I'll bet they have a large selection of leftover / extra parts.

The nut is a 3/16" id brass threaded sleeve, with 3/8"X24 threads. Any good auto parts house or hardware store should have them.
