Appears to have a grease fitting thread on the end.

Maybe for putting a measured amount of grease
somewhere under the car.

Clearly the battery terminal shows it is a neck electrode for Frankenstein's monster

Looks like tool to open zerk fittings. You remove the fiting, fill with grease, strike end with hammer and the old dried grease flies out.
