2 28 coupe Junior Member Aug 1, 2024 #2 It's a radiator upper baffle. it goes in the tank just below the fill neck and it keeps the water from the upper neck from pushing out the cap. Have to remove the tank to install it. Most radiators have them, but some used aftermarket ones don't.
