What is this horn?

I was given this horn, which came off of a Model A. I know it is not an original Model A horn, but I am curious about what it is from. It has a longer back cover, and an enclosed motor. Does anyone know?

Paul: Your horn appers to be an aftermarket item marketed by such suppliers as JC Whitney back in the 60's and 70'. They don't sound much like an original and so are worth about as much as you have invested in it. mike

Looks like someone adapted a heater motor to it and made a new tube to go between the back cover and the front.

From the looks of it, it was manufactured this way, not modified from a Model A horn. The motor is similar to a heater motor, but much smaller. The cover was obviously made to fit the horn, not modified. In a forum search, I saw a picture of a similar one, but it was not identified or discussed. I am still curious whether anyone has seen one like it, or knows where it came from.

We have a guy in the club that had one. He took out the motor and replaced it with one of the electronic horns that make sound effects and mounted it on the other side.
