What does "Junior Member" mean?

I see that my status is Jr. member and I am VERY happy to serve my time, learn, contribute and be a good forum member. I just can't find any info. on the context of what Jr. member means, vs. Senior member vs. anything else. I also wonder if as a Jr. Member I cannot have an avatar, as I have tried to add one several times and I can't get it to work. Just wondering.

Hi Lucky Mike, you get to be a senior when you make your 100th post.

As for the avatar, yes you should be able to have one. I found a problem with the file size of the photo I wanted to use. There are a few ways to work around it, personally I upload stuff to photobucket then link from there to here. That takes care of the file size limit.

BTW, Welcome to the Barn!

It could be worse... On the HAMB you'd be and FNG...:( If you've been in the military, you know exactly what an FNG is... Welcome to the FordBarn.:)

Hmmm. Sending them out after K9P, Fallopian Tube and Flightline were my favorites.

Lucky M, as you post and approach your senior status remember to keep it Ford, use spellcheck and stay focused to the thread:rolleyes: Don't be a Fajilka

RD,R,R. Welcome:D

And don't ask about what oil to use.

Sorry, couldn't resist

Lonnie

PS, read all of the archives from this page back. Very helpful!!

Lucky, Sporty Avatar! Something is blocking my view of the car though!

I just noticed there is another level called "member." Maybe that's 50 posts, clueless.

P.S. Occupation: Software. Aw geez I was sorta taking a liking to you. Ooof.

Lucky Mike, You're on your way. 22 more posts to Member and 72 more to Senior Member if things have not changed. Nice avatar BTW. Fits the handle.

Don't bother with spellcheck. Give the Spell Police something to do. The poor souls are... Oh, I thought I was on the HAMB

Welcome aboard.

But it looks like 30 will get you elevated to MEMBER. Gosh is that a good thing to be a member?

just noticed I was a senior member. frankly that's a laugh. I know a very little bit more about flatheads than when I started asking, but senior?

You know I agree with you totally, but I beg you please keep asking. There are five or ten lurkers for every poster!

But here's a weird thing. I have volunteered to be a judge at the last two or three EFV8 meets that I have attended. I sorta know squat about these cars, but by judging I learn a tremendous amount. Downside: If you win an award as 'as Henry made it.' sorry for you but I just could have been wrong, oops.

Thanks for contributing!
