What do you DISLIKE most about your car?

Ingress and egress to my town sedan. Actually getting in isn't bad, but getting out is very hard for me at 6'3".

I wish it was a Tudor. It would be easier to take my son with the wife and I.

I guess that means we have to buy another one huh? We really do like the coupe.

Thought the same thing with my truck. I went looking for a Tudor and came home with a coupe.

The fact that it is nor done yet. Lifes challanges have really put progress on the back burner. Hopefully by mid spring this will change with the new job starting this week and most of Jessies medical problems behind us. At this point I feel fortunate I have not had to sell it, but it was close to that decesion afew times and Pam had to talk me out of it. Rod

Gas tank location (awkward putting fuel in) drips on the garage floor, she's not perfect but I still love her! Fact is I'll bet there are folks that don't think I'm perfect either.

The fact that I haven't been able to drive my '28 roadster pickup longbed since Sept. 3 and won't be able to intil Jan. 29. It's on display in the San Diego Automotive Museum in Balboa Park.

The only thing that we (Deb and I) don't like about any of our model A's is the tudor front seats. I have noticed that others have installed later model bucket seats for more comfort.

My 1928 Sports coupe has a side mount on both sides. Do not like them. Doors do not open wide, some one is always trying to open them wider and hitting the tires. Plus do not like the looks of side mounts.

Not enough time to enjoy the Model A everyday. When it isn't perfect weather for a drive things like that.

The fact that I have trouble getting my fat a** in my '30 Coupe. Wish it was a Tudor. I could, of course, lose some weight, but I've had way too much fun getting into this condition, and it might be easier to find a Tudor!!

The fact that my roadster is in West Virginia and I am in Florida (800 miles away). Fortunately, I have my V8s down here to keep me out of trouble.

My wife and I are not large people, but it can still be a bit of a challenge getting into and out of our Town Sedan or Station Wagon. Small price to pay for the enjoyment we get out of them though.

Almost three years ago, I bought a 30 Town Sedan (4dr) that really needed a lot of restoration. I've been working on it ever since. Admiring the FBers talking about actually driving their cars, heck all I ever do is move the chassis around the yard! So, sez me, I'm gonna get me another model A. I heard about a 30 coupe that the guy wanted a fair price for and I snapped it up. It ran, doesn't leak very much, relatively few "farmer fixes". Interior was a redo in the 70s is my guess. Driver's side window is a piece of plastic. the body has a few dings and some rust where it's very common for a coupe to have rust. I love the old girl! However! The power plant does not seem to be up to specs. It don't leak, It starts fairly easily, It don't smoke, has one of the steadiest vacuum readings I've ever seen, yet it don't go, No Va! Maybe it's topped out at 45mph. That's foot flat on the floor. Next the trans howls. But they're supposed to, aren't they? And the gas mileage is atrocious, Dunno what it is, but it ain't good!
Can't think of anything else, Oh yeah, I need a rumble seat. Bottom and back, springs, pictures of how they go together? Anything!

I hope that this dislike thread is not longer than the like thread or we may be in trouble!
