What brakes?

I recently bought a set of front backing plates that had been on a drop axle model A. The brakes are 12”x2” Bendix style. What is interesting is that wheel cylinders only have 1 piston (pushing on the front shoes) The shoes themselves have a notch in the rear shoe that would allow swapping in 2 piston wheel cylinders (I assume). What do I have? As a side note they also came with square back V8 spindles, hubs, and Buick finned drums.

'52 F-2 or '53-'56 F-250 brakes.

BTW I used to be ‘28 RPU but due to some problems logging in that took 3 weeks to sort out I had to change my user name.
