What amp fuse to use 35 p/u

Wired my 35 and I can only run one headlight with out blowing a 30amp fuse. It will run both for about 20 sec. Thought it may have been in one of the headight harness (short) so I switched lights from one side to the other but can only burn one. I do not have a radio or a heater. What amp fuse are some of you running.
 
I just finished wiring mine on a 36' I used 2 relays, one for the hi beam & one for low beam, mounted on firewall with a 20 amp fuse for each, works great! Amperage well below 20 amps on either beam, and doesn't over heat the switch. Any auto parts store has them CHEAP! Normally open contacts rated at about 30 amps with 12v DC coil. or find them with 6v coil, but I think those are quite rare.
 
6 volt relays are available at newark.com There are 3 6 volt types for less than $4.00.
