What do the 2 windshield bolts in the stancheons attach to on the body. I have a Brookville 29 Roadster body. There seems to be a large nut plate or something missing.
What am I missing?

The brackets in the link above given by Bob are for the upper dash panel, not the stancheons.
See the thread below for pictures of what the stancheon retaining screws thread into. Brookville sells a replacement bar for the threaded pieces - no idea of the quality or how well they do the job.
