Waymon was a real gentleman. I served with him on the V-8 Club National Board and was there when he was the National Chief Judge. He was as honest as the day is long and would help anyone who needed it. He is going to be missed by many. Rest in peace my friend.

I am very shocked and saddened to hear the news. I met Weymon and his wife last year at the Turkey Rod Run show. So sad.

Weymon Brownlee was a good man. He will be missed by all that has known him. He was a pillar of the V8 Club. We have lost so many good people this year.

Wow, we have lost another great man, yes Weyman was a great man, honest and truthful. I am sad to hear of his passing. Jim Langley...

Very sad to hear the news of Waymon passing. He was a pillar of the V8 club, and a true friend. So many of us have been able to join this hobby and preserve such great cars with his help and guidance. I will always remember the great stories, advice, and will forever cherish the personal attention he gave to me and my Mercury.
