Wet plug

My first three plugs are a nice chocolate brown but the rear one is just a little wet. I’ve seen this in other engines and many times it was a tight exhaust valve, this is my first A so I figured I would ask before I start surgery, any ideas? Thanks.
 
Wet from ? Oil, Gas, Water? Compression test, differential test, put a little MMO down the #4 hole and let it set over night, crank it the next day, install clean plugs, and go for a long drive! Enjoy the drive check when you get back, 4oz of MMO per 10 gal of gas won’t hurt!
