My cabriolet was used as my grandmother’s primary transportation for many years, through the depression and WWII, and that included use to haul home deer during hunting season. I got it around 1958 and got it running as my high school car in 1962.
It started life as my father’s first new car in October 1929, mol, purchase in Woodland , CA.
I recently saw a sign on the back of a Model A which read "Save the planet. Drive a car that will last 100 years."
IMO, that is a perfect answer to those who criticise us.
