This past Saturday there were 81-Model A vehicles lined up on 47th Avenue during the 2nd Annual Iowa Model A Day in Amana. After the show, as I and the rest of the committee were taking down signs and putting things away; on my last pass I drove the length of Avenue, and was pleasantly suprised to find very little in the way of oil spots.
As one Fordbarner's signature states: "It takes a drop of oil to form a spot, but it takes a Model A to make a puddle" (or something to that affect). I must say, this year's attendance of A's were very well behaved.
