I noticed allot of new comers on the Barn lately. I'm very glad to see you here. I don't know of any other place where you can find tihim much knowledge about early Ford cars and trucks. To get started in this Hobby can be alittle expensive and I'd like to suggest alittle reading material for you.
"Clintom Motor Manuals" Find one from the mid 50's and every question you can dream of will be covered. It's the true automotive bible. Another book is JWL's "Flathead facts". It's the only book of it's kind, as it will tell you exactly what most modifications will do and their costs. The costs changes every year due to inflation, but you get the idea. The Clinton manuals cover the complete automobile including window regulators and gauges. Not much on floor mats tho.
Welcome, Have fun, and remember: It's the journey, not the destination.
