weird flathead issue,need expert advice!

I would avoid the Barr's stop leak unless you have a obvious radiator leak , a cracked block needs something better .As a test you can try your cap loose and drive, this will let cylinder pressure out and not take coolant with it

If you want to protect your aluminum parts, you can get a "sacrificial anode" like they install on boats and inside hot water heaters.

i dont have water out the tail pipes at all,but i have a question regarding coolant/water in the oil,do you check the oil when the engine is cold or warm?..is there a difference?

Water in the oil will sink to the bottom of the pan so when you drain the oil you might see the water coming out first. After the oil sits in the drain pan, slowly pour the oil out and look for the water in the bottom of the drain pan.

I still think you should have someone with a 4 or 5 gas analyzer sniff your exhaust when its warmed up and running you would know if you have a problem....
