Water Pump Lubricant?

Can anyone point me at a water pump lube that is either a stand alone product or contained in one of the “Water Wetter” type of products?

Napa has a product called Mac's Radiator Anti-rust Lubricant (429ml) that you add directly into the radiator. It has a formulation that will not attack rubber or plastic parts.

Yes, it is NAPA MAC-1300.

Works well.
