I started up my 50 tudor let it idle while I worked in garage next thing I see is antifreeze squirting out of water jacket. turns out it split in half almost a perfect straight line.
 
I'm sorry that happened to you. I have a few of those water necks on the shelf in my "just in case" section. My wife says to get rid of some of this "STUFF" that you don't need (son wants to have a big dumpster installed).
