Water Leak

I'm totally New to owning a Model A but Found an old 1929 roadster pickup and brought it home last week. I got it running today but saw a puddle of water under the car. I first checked the radiator and hoses for the leak but everything looked good and dry. I found the water was coming out around the shaft that holds the fan. There is a round bushing with notches in it where the fan shaft comes out near the engine block.
What do I need to do to repair the leak. First Road Test is tomorrow. Thanks, Jim

Try tightening the nut a little.! see if that helps Spanner wrench or screw Driver will work.

I would unscrew that adjusting nut and put some grease on the shaft and snug the nut up. If it continues to leak after snugging the nut, you may have to remove the nut and pull out the old packing, then install 2 new lead packing rings with grease smeared on them.
