Water bubbles at spark plug

1914 Touring. Recently noticed water bubbles appearing around the base of #1 spark plug, I'm thinking it to be condensation being forced out past leaking threads. Am I right, and what is the fix?
 
Is it continuous? Let her get hot and stick the sniffer up by the radiator neck and smell for combustion gasses. May see bubbles too. Then check for creamy oil (water in oil) and if its merely a plug leaking condensation, itll dry off OR seal it with a few strips (turns) of aluminum foil. ws

YMB Thanks for the info. i'm thinking that it is a compression leak at the sparkplug threads. I'll try the alum foil technique first. Skolzie
