Absolutely not. These are standard Romex clamps used in house wiring with metal boxes.

either some poor schlub got hosed by this seller,
or he had someone shilling to get bids going.

we are going to Connecticut on Friday, maybe I can scare up some more of these "rare" 28 conduit clamps up there.
