Wanted: Wood mounting block for oval dome light

Vendors only carry the wood mounting block for the round dome light. We need the one for an oval dome light to complete our 1929 Town Sedan project. Either a good used block or plans to make one would be appreciated. 'Got nothing to start with!

A kind soul here has informed me that Mike's A Ford-able carries this wood for oval dome lights. Maybe it's time I finally got a Mike's catalog? I wonder why the other "big" guys don't also offer this style?
