WANTED Starter band

I'm looking for a starter band with L4 stamping per JS's revisions.

i'm in port orchard and have a million gen and starter bands. where is the 1.4 located? i see no mention of it in the js

Roger, Do you have the 2011 revision of the Electrical section in the JS's? It has a picture of the 3 different bands that were made. Some bands were not marked. The L is for 1931 and the 4 would denote the month of April. The marking is about 2" down on either side of the tightening screw and nut and about 3/16" high
