Are you looking for bare bases or complete with shafts, butterflies, idle screws, etc? Some later "arrow" bases are also equipped with added idle circuit tubes above the butterflies and are those the one you are looking for?
Hi Barn Junk,
the V-base/Arrow bases need shafts, butterflies and kicker assemblies for 97's (no need for the idle screws.) They do not need the vacuum tube fitting. The condition of the throttle bores is the most important thing - NOT PITTED OR SCARRED!!

the V base EE-1-1 base is not for a Ford Stromberg 97 and the engine will not operate properly with them. 97 for Ford takes the EE-1 base it is D shaped. If you want the V shaped base I have two nice ones bore is very good, only one has the linkage and the throttle shaft
