Wanted 1949-1951 Ford Car door hinges & Information

I am looking for a few door hinges for a 1950 Ford coupe. I was hoping to find either a pair of nice used or preferably new old stock hinges. Also I was curious to know if they are the same from 1949-1951? Also does upper and lower or right and left make a difference on the hinges?
I don't have the car close by where I can take a look, so any help would be appreciated. Thanks
 
Hi: I have a few 49 Ford cars with the hinges still there. I can get a pair of laft and right hinges. Have not removed them yet not sure if left and right are same. Asking $10.00 each plus shipping. Will make sure attaching holes are good and will try to find hinges with good pins
