Visible gas pump globe

[mrtexas]

Anyone can tell me the value of this antique visible gas pump globe? Or tell me where to look?

I've tried google searches and ebay but still can't find anything.

I can't ship it since the screws holding the sides on are rusted tight.
Located in Houston,TX area

Probably about $300-350 if it has no cracks or chips.

Its a hard one to find in good condition, your's looks in pretty good condition. I collect globes and gas stuff. My guess more to the $500.00 area. It was designed for the National A38 computer pump. This is mine.

The visible gas pumps use large clear glass cylinders on top.

The visible gas pumps use large clear glass cylinders on top.

Some visible pumps had globes on top of the glass cylinders.

If it has either 12 1/2" or 13 1/2" lens and is complete with no cracks or chips in either the faces or body $500.00 to $650.00

To be perfectly honest,,it's worth what someone local is willing to pay.

Trying to ship it with it intact is begging for breakage. HRP

Original globes can be pricey. There are repros but not to many originals in good condition. I couldn't find the kind of pumps I wanted a number of years ago and made two like I wanted. I needed something high because of the height of the building. I still have the molds for the tops I made out of fiber glass. The faces are 24 hour clocks. G.M.
