I noticed you already posted your question in the Early V8 (1932-53) FordBarn forum.

The folks there will generally be more familiar with the '52 info you're seeking.
Although there are a few fellows here in '54+ with some of the older books.

It's different than Ford USA. I'd need a Canadian truck parts catalog to find the codes if that's where they put them. They had codes for engines, transmissions, paint colors, and assembly plants here in the USA. Canada only had one truck assembly plant as far as I know and I only have one of their manuals but it's a shop manual.
