I am taking a Model A trip this summer from Atlanta to Alaska, driving all the way. I'm considering a banner for the back of the car. Any suggestions?? My leaving 6/1 so I don't have much time.

I'd go with the ol' "traditional wagon train" approach of Atlanta to Alaska or Bust . I know it's not very creative. But...... You could also list how many miles & as you go use a Sharpie to write how many miles travel so far.

put on it were you started from and your final destonion. If you have any touble close to northern Indiana call 574-221-1475 And will help you out if need be. If not have a safe and good trip, back home as well.

put your intended mileage
maybe draw a map of some sort with some start/finish stars on it
throw on some "honk for insiration" quotes

also post your route on here so we know where to look for you

I agree with Pick. ATLANTA to ALASKA or BUST..!! (Use Bold Letters...)

Secure it in a way that it will not scratch your car or come off. A good place for it would be on the Luggage Carrier, or Locker or if you're pulling a trailer, on the back of it. Note the Red, White (background) and Blue..

The words or Bust could be on a second line so the first line could be larger.
See how ya think when you're a Sign Painter..?

Have a Great and Safe Trip. If you pass thru NW Ohio, you're welcome here.

Notes from a former sign maker. Make whatever words you use large enough to be read from what YOU consider to be a safe driving distance behind you. Mount it on the car/truck and step back 30 or 40 or 50 feet and try to read the sign. One thing you do not need is someone tailgating you to read a little-bitty sign. ken
