When welding on to a valve tip, what do you do to prepare the tip and what welding do you like, MIG, stainless wire, TIG, ect.. Thanks in advance, Craig.
you can use either an arc welder or gas weld the ends, ive even brazed the ends and worked fine because the valve spring pressure on the flat head is not very much, not much prep needed just make sure they are clean, why not use chevy valves, they are longer, and no welding needed
