Valve seats. How to remove?

In general these vehicles don't get driven enough for it to be an issue. Also the valve spring pressure is relatively low. So, no, a lead additive is not normally used.

I would not think you would need any even if you drive a lot, our 33 often does long trips, last one out to the middle of Australia towing our c/van, 6 days at 50-55 mph in hot( 35C) dry conditions, just on straight 91 unleaded fuel, no drama

I pulled all 16 seats out of a 59AB by putting washers in and arc welding to the seat.
The washers also give a bit of shield to the block.
I had K.O. Lee- a company that makes valve seats- make me a set of 16 oversize seats.
Do this before boring the block.
