Short of ripping out my front headliner on my 39 Ford to get to my vacuum motor, ( it has been working fine since day one ) Can't see how Ford recommends lubing them if you can't get to it.

You might try introducing it via the vacuum line. Those old wiper motors had a leather seal around the flapper that made them air tight. You might try leather conditioner. It would lube it whether it is rubber or leather and will condition the leather that is undoubtedly dried out after years of neglect. Give it lots of time to penetrate that old leather. It is worth a try, but I suspect a remove and repair or replace is in your future; lubing a dried out wiper motor seldom works in my experience once it is past a certain point.
My guess is that putting anything else into a wiper motor with a leather seal isn't going to work as well as leather conditioner. If it is rubber it is probably cracked and pieces broken off and nothing is going to fix that but a repair.
Good luck and Merry Christmas to all of you Barners.
I know people that have lubed the inside of the wiper motor by sticking the hose in the engine compartment in a small can or either ATF or regular brake fluid (not silicone) and working the wiper manually to suck up the fluid.
Doing this to a motor located above the windshield could be problematic as there may be a leak of fluid that will stain the headliner
