Gosh, I don't want to believe that V8Coopman has passed. May God Bless him and may he rest in peace. I communicated many times with him on Fordbarn and his experience and knowledge were priceless.
He always reminded me of the late Bruce Lancaster.
V8 will be greatly missed. He was always willing to share his encyclopedia of old cars and things mechanical. I will miss him.

Years back I used to PM him To speak of the amazing talent he had for answering questions with pictures of the parts in Question. He would show what was right or wrong about different pieces.The work that He and Heard did on the T-5 conversion was remarkable.

Yes indeed. V8 was a very special and kind person with unmatched skills, talent and a fountain head of knowledge that he was always willing to share. We are surely grateful that he joined "the Fordbarn. Sure do miss him.
