I completed my 36 Cabriolet this past summer and sent it to Forida with my father in November for the winter. My father lives in Lake Wales in the middle of the state. I would like for him to take it to some showes before I go down in Feb. Please let me know what is going on prior to my leaving W.Va. for Florida Neil WV

If your talking about open car shows, check out: www.flacarshows.com As far as antique/restored type shows, I don't know. Vic Piano can probably help out with that. Of course, it'll really need to warm up down here. It's cold! :D

We are planning another "Barner's Bash" (a carryover activity from the old FordBarn), scheduled for the first weekend in March, 4th, 5th & 6th. No exact details have been firmed up just yet but it looks like we'll be having events in the Tampa Bay area and possibly a Saturday trip to Punta Gorda, Fl. I've been promoting the event mostly on the non-Chevy section of ChevyBarn.com as a lot of the original FordBarn posters frequent that site. We may have some confirmed activities by this weekend. PM me and I'll give you any new info. Vic

The River Ranch Run is the last weekend in January - Saturday is the best day to go. About 400 cars/trucks. 20 - 30 miles east of Lake Wales on Hwy 60 just before you cross the river. A great meet in the middle of no where which equals mainly car people there. Very small swap meet and a general good time.

I agree. This is a neat show, they have a rodeo & stuff in the evening too.

Along the same line, do they still have the Ford show at the Edison & Ford homes in Fort Myers? I went some years back, but haven't been lately. Seems it was in Feburary.
