I found this single V8 Hub Cap. I cannot identify the year. Any ideas?

Here is a picture of the hubcap in question. It is a 1939 Ford Deluxe, as the previous posts have confirmed.

I think that it may be for a 3/4 or 1 ton commercial. Delux caps had the V8 off center.

With respect, the cap pictured is identical to the caps on my '39 deluxe coupe.
