V8 60 weight

Has anyone actually weighed a complete engine with aluminum heads. Can I assume it weighs ,let's say,50 pounds less than a 221 V8?
 
From the Ford service bulletins--with clutch and trans (I know,not just engine, but this is the only spec I have)

model 78 (221engine) 562 lbs
model 74 (60hp) 391 lbs
So thinking of the differences in the trans, the engine weighs about 100 lbs less
