V8-60 lower water hose

Can't find a 1 1/2" water hose to hook up my little V8-60. The diagram shows what is needed. Flexible hose is not flexible enough to make the bend.

This piece of hose is just cut down from something else. It looks like it is marked K 1305 Y and maybe 76E? 0 5

Is there a tube with this sharp bend that I can cut off? Thanks.

Based on previous posts on this same subject it appears that no one is specifically making a replacement hose for that particular application. We have a member in our regional group who found some original nos lower hoses for his 60 HP '37 sedan but they are so old/stiff/brittle that he is afraid to use them.
What I would suggest is that you make a wire form of some kind with the correct bend(s) and overall length of the hose that you need and go to your local auto parts supply store and ask them if you can look through all of their preformed radiator hoses to find something that will fit your needs. I have done this several times and have never been refused. You might find something off the shelf that will fit perfectly or possibly something very close that just needs a little trimming to make it work. Maybe it will turn out to be like the old saying goes....."seek and ye shall find" :)

Don't know if you can get these anymore, but here is what I used and these work great;

Lower hoses - Modac curved hose 7186 (cut to fit)
The parts tag on this hose states these also fit Ford trucks 53-56 F100 "6", Chevy II "6" w/A.C., 58-59 Chevrolet trucks 3000, 4000, 6000, 8000 series V-8 as well as some other Dodge/Plymouth, Hudson, Nash.

Each make listed, also had a letter of the alphabet that indicated what part of the hose to cut off to fit each application

I also used a Modac FM38 flex style (like a bellows or an accordian) for the upper hoses

These have been in use on my 37 Tudor 60 hp for ~ 20 years, so this brand may not be around anymore, but maybe the cross reference to the other makes may help.

I have some NOS FORD 60 hp hoses, but don't really trust them for general use.

On my 38 I used Gates #20626 for the lower hose. You need two and only use a small section, however, it worked good for me. Best of Luck CR.
