UV rays with powder coating

My H/F 20 ton press powdercoat faded a lot, even in the dark corner of my garage. Can't expect much quality from China. My red 6 wheel creeper also has badly faded plastic.
 
Are you referring to products that are sold that are powder coated or items you have had powder coated? I've been using a local powder coating facility for 17 years and I haven't detected any UV fading. Like Tom, I've bought stuff at Tractor Supply, etc that claim to be PC and they fade inside of six months
 
I want to have my tailight brackets, bumper braces and wheels coated by our local powder coater. I got concerned when I realized that my China made motorcycle red trailer is now pink. I hoping my local guy uses better material.
