We need the following for our model A motor project:

Camshaft
One stock piston (not oversized) with rings.

OK. You are asking yourself why just one piston? This engine is in a different application and the condition of the motor is unknown. It was seized but after removing the head and old valves and lubing the heck out of everything else, we got it to rotate by crank nut. Now we don't know if this thing was parked because the motor seized or whether it just sat so long the motor seized. Either way, we do not want to put a lot of money into this to find out the motor is shot.

The cam was so badly pitted that there is no way it is useful. The lifters have moved in each bore but they will be replaced with another set. The #1 piston didn't move in the cylinder and we found out why. It had seized to the cylinder so it cracked in our efforts to get the motor to rotate. There are no numbers on the piston to indicate they are oversized so a stock piston with rings will at least give us an idea if this motor is worth putting any more money into.

Thanks!
Mr. Ed
