Useable case?

I just got through all the built up grease and found this crack. Do you think I could still use the case? It’s on the front lower passenger side.

Trans cases are very plentiful . I would use a good one.
I have many so pm me or find one nearby.

With so many synchro transmissions replacing the old crash boxes, the A cases have been downgraded to door stops, it is seldom worth the work to repair them. Is this another case of geographic isolation? The Gary does not share his location. Good luck: Fred A
 
Unfortunately, many of the used cases are being sent to Mitchell for his synchro transmissions. So I don’t see a lot of them up for grabs.
 
Collinsville, OK? Looks like a pretty nice piece of Middle America that so many of us came from. Would be nice for a bit closer so we could toss a couple of cases over the back fence. The LA roadster show is coming soon out here and there may be a reason to haul a few to move them in a positive direction. Hard to figure that Miitchell could put a dent in that supply chain.
