updated master cyl for 64 tbird

Looking for a master cyl upgrade that will fit my 64 t bird. Still has original drum brakes all around. Has anyone used a newer dual master with any luck. I would like to keep my original booster, but I would feel safer with the dual master. Thanks in advance. Paul
 
A common one used for most dual master upgrades with drums and power brakes is the late 60's Mustang unit part number NM1488 at AUTOZONE $26.88 new,what you will want to check when doing this upgrade is the piston depth make sure it is the same as the old single unit.These videos will show you the steps involved in the swap from the old one pot unit: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=wXfXKlj2D1I the basics are the same with a manual swap and a power swap.
 
I guess I was asking if any one had actually done the swap, it looks like the firewall braces could be in the way on the Tbird. Thanks for the info, looks simple to do. Paul
