Thanks for all suggestions. As previously stated, this was the first time the front end started shacking. Visited with my mechanic/friend and all we can attribute the cause of the shacking to the following:
1.Low tire pressure
2. Toe in was really off by quite a bit.
3. Tires were really out of balance, rebalanced using accurate bubble balancer.
4. Opened starring box and adjusted it as much as was possible. The sterling box needs to be rebuilt (will try to do this by spring of 2016.
5. Tightened and checked all connections, shackles etc. all seemed to be good.
6. Checked king pins and there is a little bit of play, but not an issue.
7. I had put ll new brakes, and rechecked bearings and everything just to be sure, all is in order there.
8. Finished all this Friday PM and test drove pickup around parade route and scene of first shacking problem. Did this four times with no problems and vehicle seems to drive more front end solid and does not wonder as much as before.
9. Ideas on where to buy rebuilt starring box or should I just rebuild my own
