Update on daughters stroke

Thanks for all the PRAYERS cause they are working. I reported in an earlier post that my 43 year old daughter had a very bad stroke. I am glad to report She is progressing wonderfully. Speech is at about 60%. Now walking with help from therapist and walker.Can also raise rt. arm above her head.Please keep Prayers coming. Thanks RAY

I went through that about a year and a half ago. Now I probably have 80% of my left side functionality back and 95% of the speech. The doc says I may or may not get the rest back and if so it will take awhile. It takes time, support from friends and family, and a winning attitude but it does get better. Sounds like your daughter is doing very well, keep up the support and keep her spirits high which sounds like you are doing. We'll keep her in our prayers.
