Very unique "Vulcan"brand Hydraulic -BUMPER- jack [patent date 1939].......
In perfect working order- has a hook to lift bumper.
Very Compact in size,it easily fits in any old car's trunk,behind seat etc....about same size as any bumper jack.
simply twist the TOP end of this jack to the right and pump that up and down, easily lifts any car...the "lever" on the hook, allows it to be raised or lowered.
