I tried to use my new Uni-sync yesterday and when I would put it on the front carb it would stall the engine.Tried teh back carb same thing just sela carb totally and engine dies.Trying to sync 2 Super 7's

in the center is a wheel with bumps on it. turn the wheel until the center is open and then install the Uni-Syn and turn the wheel slowly closing the center until the red indicator is at one of the marks. With the center closed the Uni-Syn restricts the flow of air into the carb. Form there do not move the center wheel just take the Uni-Syn and move it to the second carb and note the reading of the red indicator, if lower adj throttle to increase until the reading is the same as the first carb, if higher then note the higher reading and go to the first carb and adj it's throttle until it has the same reading as the second carb.

You only need to put the Uni-Syc on the carb for a few seconds until the indicator reading stabilizes. When adjusting the throttle positions, be sure the linkage between the carbs is loose or disconnected so you can adjust one carb without effecting the others. When all the carbs are the same with the Uni-Syc, tighten or re-connect the interconnecting carb linkage and then re-check the settings. If done correctly, the carbs should still be "In Sync".
