An "underslung" has the frame & springs hung under the axles. One of the most famous was the American Underslung which was made around 1905-1912 or there abouts. With the frame & springs below the axles they were very low & sleek looking for their day. With Ford's buggy type springs I don't see how this could be accomplished. Underslungs had four springs. A friend had one about 30 yrs ago. Harry Stutz was one of the designers.
Underslung sounds like them guys thet wear their pants way down----------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------to THERE!! Are they held by STATIC ELECTRICITY or VELCRO or VIAGRA?? Bill W.
you can reverse the eyes on the front spring to lower it about 1 1/2" and/or replace the axle with a 32-34 axle to give you about 1 1/2". a commercially made dropped axle will get you another 2-4". for the rear, installing a T spring brings it down quite a bit
