Under Dash Toggle Switch

The dash wiring on my 1950 F-3 is a total mess. I see a small toggle switch on the underside of the dash, near the starter button. Is it for the dash lights ?

No way to tell other than to flip it on and see what happens, if anything.

Yes, it's for all the dash lights - except for the high-beam indicator light.
