Two crazy ideas for the "A".

Now don't laugh, but when you have time to play with the A, you come up with stuff like this. First is a place to store the side curtains on a Roadster. Just a prototype that needs a little help. Just an idea.

Second: We have been playing with a real junker that has sentimental value to the family who has owned it for over 65 yrs. It is original and looks it. We got it running and stopping enough to go around the block, but rather than throwing a blanket over the seat, we decided to try something different. We got some plastic and fashioned a cover that looks and feels pretty good. The old cloth still shows itself. Don't laugh.

plastic on the seat reminds me of my parents couch, with the zippered plastic covers

that being said, didnt want to redo the horsehair and leather coming apart on the 07 model R- so I took plastic wrap that you use for shipping and wrapped them up tight!
will hold over till I ever redo the seats, which I dont want to do, because the car is very original-like that mail truck discussed on another thread for sale on the bay.
