looking to add turn signals to my dads 29 A , the car is 12 volt can someone give me an idea about the best set up ?? he has no cowl lamps we were thinking about adding the type that fit between the bumper rails is this the setup ? ive seen them in catalogs i guess i would need the blinker kit and a wire harness .....what say you? thanks from grass valley calif

Frankie,

The Logo-Lite system will work on 6Volt or 12 Volt, negative or positive ground.

Its a great system, even includes emergency flasher on all lights which are LED lights.

The system only uses a 1 amp fuse.

Take a look at SuperbrightLEDs (no affiliation - just a customer). You can put together turn signals for a whole lot less than $200. LED technology has come a long way in the past couple of years. Electronic flasher modules (with or without a clicking sound and 4-way hazard feature) are a whopping $12.95. LED marker lights, which fit perfectly between Model A bumper bars are $4.95 each. Add a $3 Radio Shack paddle switch, a spool of #22 speaker wire, and an afternoon in the garage, and you're done.
