Tudor to Truck Conversion

I've recently inherited a 1930-31 from my uncle and as far as I can tell, the sheet metal is no good, and the interior is non-existent. I believe it's a Tudor sedan. I have little to no experience with these vehicles but from what I understand, they're body-on-frame vehicles. I'd like to turn my Tudor into a flatbed 'shop truck' to advertise my business. Could anyone tell me how difficult a conversion would be or what major hangups I might encounter on the way?

I have significant fabrication and mechanical skills and can probably handle any task necessary on this job. Also, obviously, I'm not interested in imitating exterior details. I just want a functioning and proportional truck.

Thanks.
